This pass is for our 3 session (March 15, 22 & 29 at 4 PM) 60-minute yoga series for kids ages 6 to 10. We'll play games, explore yoga postures, and practice breathing exercises. This class is for boys and girls interested in yoga. Your child will be invited to increase their body awareness, grow their strength and flexibility, manage anxiety, improve self-esteem and just have FUN!
Please note: This series must have 6 students registered so that we can play games together as a group. If less than 6 are registered, the series will be rescheduled. Invite your friends and let's have some fun!
