This online yoga and meditation class invites you to move your body through both seated and standing yoga postures and includes dedicated time in each practice for stillness, centering, and meditation. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners to yoga and/or meditation.
To meet the needs of your schedule, a recording of this online class will be available until the following Thursday.
Bring your mat and any yoga props you have at home. Helpful but not required: a yoga blanket, two blocks, and a yoga strap.
