Outdoor Yoga & Meditation is held on the lawn at Cumberland University and offers an all levels yoga class as well as time for centering meditation - refreshing for body and spirit. Bring your mat, block(s), and a towel or blanket.
NOTE: Bloom Students, park in the circle off Spring Street and walk towards the lawn at the center of class. This outdoor class will be held weather permitting, and may be moved indoors to the studio due to rain or wet grounds. Please be sure register to save your space as you will be notified of weather delays or cancelations via email.
