An all-levels yoga slow flow class offering varied sequences and playlists. A vinyasa style yoga class characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Sometimes this is done at a pace that focuses on building heat, strength, and endurance. Other times of classes this is done at a slower pace to improve flexibility and release deeply held tension.
